Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to support a Phase 3 gene therapy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site start-up activities for U.S. sites and future global expansions
• Coordinate workflows for activating new sites while supporting existing ones
• Monitor patient referral flow and manage vendor performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of related experience, Master's degree with 5-7 years, or PhD with 3-5 years
• Preferred experience in Clinical Trial Management at a biotech or pharmaceutical company
• Experience with rare disease and/or ophthalmology trials preferred
• Strong background in CRO and vendor management
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects independently
