Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to support a Phase 3 gene therapy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee site start-up activities for U.S. and future global sites
• Coordinate workflows for the activation of new sites while supporting active sites
• Monitor patient referral flow and manage vendor performance to ensure site readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 3-5 years of experience
• Preferred experience in Clinical Trial Management at a biotech or pharmaceutical company
• Experience with rare disease and/or ophthalmology trials is preferred
• Strong background in CRO and vendor management
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects independently
