Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to support a Phase 3 gene therapy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site start-up activities for U.S. and future global sites
• Coordinate workflows for new site activations and monitor patient referral flow
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Chief Medical Officer to address operational challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years, Master's with 5-7 years, or PhD with 3-5 years of related experience
• Preferred experience in Clinical Trial Management within biotech or pharmaceutical settings
• Experience with rare disease and/or ophthalmology trials is preferred
• Strong background in CRO and vendor management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
