Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

To streamline communication across stakeholders throughout trial lifecycles, the full-time remote Clinical Trial Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for trial sites, manage site operational models, and ensure compliance while driving recruitment and quality data management.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between trial sites and internal teams to drive issue resolution and ensure compliance with study protocols
• Contribute to site selection and recruitment strategies while managing local trial budgets and vendor relationships
• Maintain trial management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting of adverse events and study progress

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a health or science-related field
• 3-5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience, with a focus on Solid Tumor Oncology
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, local laws, and regulations related to clinical trials
• Experience with trial start-up and database locks/cleaning preferred
• Proficiency in English and the country language, with strong IT skills in relevant software
