Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Managing the operational execution of clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will oversee clinical programs from initial study synopsis to final deliverables, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely execution both onsite and in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operational execution of clinical studies, including budget development, timelines, and resource management
• Oversee cross-functional study team members to ensure studies are conducted within approved budgets and timelines
• Lead vendor identification and management, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the clinical trial process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including at least 1 year as a Clinical Trial Manager
• Demonstrated experience in managing phase 1-4 clinical trials and vendor selection
• Subject matter expertise in US and Global Regulations and Guidance (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR)
• Proven ability in data collection, monitoring, cleaning, and analysis throughout clinical development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated leadership attributes
