Job Summary

To ensure seamless study delivery and client satisfaction, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will oversee country-level performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and proactively manage risks in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the country-level delivery plan and monitor real-time performance indicators, initiating cross-functional actions as needed
• Ensure alignment and accountability among Site Management, Recruitment, Regulatory, Data, Quality, and Safety teams to meet client expectations
• Oversee recruitment and enrollment governance, ensuring operational requirements align with client commitments

Required Qualifications

• Deep operational understanding of clinical trial processes and dependencies
• Strong analytical skills for predicting and shaping delivery outcomes
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and escalation management
• Strong regulatory, GCP, and operational literacy
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
