Job Summary

Driving the successful execution of clinical trial protocols, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will manage studies remotely, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as the principal liaison between sponsors and the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage studies or projects according to scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Monitor project status and proactively manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies
• Coordinate activities among functional departments and vendors to support trial delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the clinical trial/pharmaceutical industry
• 2-3+ years in project management, including client management
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP Certification preferred
• Experience with decentralized clinical trials and oversight of external vendors
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
