Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements while overseeing vendor management, study contracting, and team training in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution and conduct of complex clinical studies to meet timelines, costs, and quality metrics
• Oversee vendor/CRO selection and management to ensure compliance and project deliverables are met
• Lead study-related activities including protocol preparation, investigator selection, and training material development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 8 years of clinical research experience, with at least 4 years in a leading role managing clinical trials
• 4-7 years of experience supporting clinical trials in a regulated environment
• Experience managing CROs is preferred
