Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Experienced Clinical Trial Managers will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on overseeing the operational delivery of clinical research trials, including project management, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinical trial processes from site identification to database lock, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while overseeing financial aspects and ensuring compliance with client-specific metrics
• Lead site activation strategies and oversee essential document management, including regulatory submissions and site agreements

Required qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences or certification in a related allied health profession
• Four or more years of relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems
• Effective leadership skills in a remote and global environment
