Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing and coordinating clinical trial activities, the full-time Regional Project Lead will manage project teams across designated countries, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and meeting study milestones in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures planning, implementation, and management of projects in compliance with industry regulations and essential study documents
• Acts as primary or secondary project management contact for the project team and support services in designated countries
• Manages and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clinical project team members and ensures project timelines and enrollment targets are met

Required qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Prior experience in Clinical Research and on-site monitoring is required
• Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with supervisory capabilities as a Regional Lead or equivalent
• Experience in Oncology is required; experience in GI is preferred
• Full working proficiency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
