Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Providing senior-level leadership for clinical studies, the full-time salaried Clinical Trial Manager will independently manage complex Phase I/Ib/II/III trials, oversee CROs and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage Phase I/Ib/II/III clinical studies, including large regional and global trials
• Drive execution of study operational plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide primary oversight of CROs and vendors, ensuring quality and accountability for deliverables

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Health, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical operations or clinical trial management experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing clinical trials, including Phase I/Ib/II/III studies
• Prior experience in managing CROs, study budgets, and timelines
• In-depth understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulations
