Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Managing all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, the remote contract Clinical Trial Manager will ensure the achievement of final clinical deliverables while collaborating with the clinical team and other departments to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations for low to moderate complexity studies in compliance with ICH GCP and may assume Clinical Study Manager responsibilities as needed
• Develops clinical tools and collaborates with project managers to prepare for client meetings while ensuring the quality and organization of trial documentation
• Monitors clinical trials to assess performance, manage timelines, and ensure contractual obligations are met, including communication with study sites regarding protocol and study-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management or a related field
• Familiarity with clinical monitoring practices and relevant regulations (e.g., ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate teams
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in clinical settings
