Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced in clinical trial management, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will design and execute patient recruitment strategies, oversee clinical operational quality, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines in a 100% remote environment aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end clinical operational and quality aspects of assigned clinical studies
- Design and execute targeted patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment milestones
- Monitor clinical trial progress and ensure clean data deliverables within contractual scope
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant clinical trial management and monitoring experience
- Expertise in patient recruitment strategy and clinical trial operations
