Clinical Trial Manager
Job Summary
Providing operational expertise and leadership, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will oversee multiple clinical trial teams remotely, ensuring the effective delivery of studies in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all phases of clinical study management, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and protocols
- Lead project teams, providing mentorship and support to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and review study-specific documents and therapeutic area inputs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in health sciences
- 5+ years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting
- Thorough knowledge of clinical operations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and regulatory environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical project management tools
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional languages being a plus
