Job Summary

Managing the operational execution of clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will oversee clinical programs from initial synopsis through final deliverables, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operational execution of clinical studies, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to approved budgets and timelines
• Lead vendor identification and management, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout clinical trials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech-related clinical research, including at least 1 year as a Clinical Trial Manager
• Demonstrated experience in managing phase 1-4 clinical trials and CROs
• Subject matter expertise in US and Global Regulations and Guidance (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR)
• Proven ability in data collection, monitoring, cleaning, and analysis throughout clinical development
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on problem resolution
