Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries, the full-time Regional Project Lead will manage project planning, implementation, and compliance while collaborating with Project Managers, CRAs, and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with industry regulations and manages project timelines and subject enrollment targets
• Acts as the primary project management contact for the project team and oversees the performance of clinical project team members
• Coordinates site contractual startup, budget negotiations, and prepares for study audits and inspections

Required qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Prior experience in Clinical Research and independent on-site monitoring
• Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with supervisory skills
• Therapeutic expertise in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology
• Full working proficiency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
