Job Summary

Leading operational activities for clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager I will oversee monitoring teams, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and site management staff, ensuring compliance with study protocols and timelines
• Coordinate study implementation, manage clinical operations activities, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding study progress
• Evaluate operational practices, track site performance metrics, and recommend process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field is required
• 4-6 years of relevant clinical research experience is required
• 1-3 years of experience as a CRA or in a clinical operations coordinating role is required
• Master's Degree in a science-related field is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledgeable in clinical research operations and regulations
