Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager II in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize clinical deliverables to meet quality, regulatory requirements, timelines, and budget
- Create and administer clinical and site training plans, monitor team performance, and address issues
- Ensure quality standards, regulatory requirements, and communication with stakeholders are met throughout the project
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a health, life sciences, or relevant field
- 8 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
- Advanced project management skills
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and company collaboration applications
