Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities for clinical studies, ensuring timelines and quality are met
• Provide mentoring and training for Clinical Research Associates and site management staff
• Develop and review key study plans and templates, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a science-related field
• 7-8 years of relevant clinical research experience, including roles as a CRA or in clinical operations leadership
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in clinical research operations and country-specific regulations/ICH guidelines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
