Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial protocols and enrollment strategies
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to identify trends and optimize study outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Prior monitoring experience highly preferred
• Previous experience with Early Phase Non-Oncology studies preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
