Job Summary

Leading a regional team of 15-17 Study Management Associates, the full-time Manager of Clinical Trial Managers II will drive best-in-class study execution remotely while providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive for innovative study execution by fostering an inclusive environment focused on skill enhancement and continuous learning
• Manage performance of direct reports through feedback collection, goal setting, and conducting performance discussions
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to implement execution strategies and support organizational efficiencies across study teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in health care or scientific field preferred
• Extensive experience in clinical research and study operations management
• Proven experience in managing direct reports and mentoring in a matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex issues and drive decision-making
• Advanced knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines and understanding of the global regulatory environment
