Clinical Trial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Business Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective vendor/service provider relationships through alliance management and oversight
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Serve as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on study objectives and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical trials with a sponsor or CRO company
• At least 3 years' experience in CRO/vendor selection and oversight
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and phases of development
• Experience in managing contracts and service level agreements with vendors
