Clinical Trial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Study Operations Manager (LSOM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to close out at a country level
• Manage clinical study implementation and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Provide country-level input into operational plans and support audit activities

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 3 years of clinical trial project management experience
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of clinical trial project management experience
• Associate's degree with 10 years of clinical trial project management experience
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of clinical trial project management experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading local/regional or global teams
