Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational areas and ensure compliance in clinical safety adverse event surveillance
• Establish and communicate workload projections and metrics for operational areas
• Support training programs and talent management within the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health science field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 3 years in clinical practice and 3 years in drug safety
• Experience in direct management and leading cross-functional teams on complex projects
• Subject matter expertise in industry regulations and clinical safety processes
• Proficient in computer applications and databases relevant to the role
