Job Summary

To support clinical trial recruitment efforts, the part-time Clinical Trial Patient Screener will conduct pre-screening calls with potential candidates remotely, gathering medical history and ensuring qualified referrals to trial sites while utilizing various communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to conduct thorough pre-screening of candidates for clinical trials
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with potential participants about trial details, eligibility criteria, and associated risks or benefits
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and trial-specific requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment within the healthcare or clinical research industry
• Proficiency in remote communication tools such as RingCentral and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial processes
• GCP certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a remote, fast-paced environment
