Clinical Trial Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TR Processor to support patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule travel requests for patients, including arrangements for flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Manage interactions with vendors handling travel requests and review them against study parameters
• Complete all required initial and ongoing training within a reasonable timeframe

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
• Experience with payments, invoices, and/or expenses to meet deadlines
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Salesforce
