Clinical Trial Project Lead
Job Summary
Driving the successful delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries, the full-time Regional Project Lead will manage project planning, implementation, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure projects are planned and managed in compliance with industry regulations and essential study documents
- Act as the primary project management contact for the project team and coordinate site contractual startup and budget negotiations
- Oversee project timelines, subject enrollment targets, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for designated regions
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Prior experience in Clinical Research and independent on-site monitoring
- Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with supervisory capabilities as a Regional Lead or equivalent
- Therapeutic expertise in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology
- Full working proficiency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
