Clinical Trial Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsor Success Project Manager to manage and oversee contracted clinical trials from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of sponsored trials, including planning, leading, and managing clinical trials with cross-functional teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance by working with the Compliance Team and preparing for audits and inspections
• Serve as a primary contact for sponsors and internal teams, providing regular updates and facilitating communication

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with equivalent work experience preferred
• 3+ years in a client-facing role with experience managing high-level enterprise client relationships
• Experience in clinical research organizations (CRO) or pharmaceuticals preferred
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects to successful completion
