Clinical Trial Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Clinical Trial Project Manager with strong clinical research expertise who will oversee clinical research studies for the Advancing Clinical Therapeutics Globally for HIV/AIDS and Other Infections (ACTG) Clinical Trials Network, managing project performance, directing support resources, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end clinical trial operations, including study start-up, site coordination, protocol implementation, enrollment tracking, and study close-out
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports while managing project tracking and analysis
• Interface with all areas affected by the project and provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, life sciences, health administration, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in clinical trial operations, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH, FDA/NIH guidelines)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects collaboratively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience supporting clinical trials in infectious diseases or related therapeutic areas is preferred
