Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Clinical Trial Recruitment and Retention Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee trial-level recruitment and retention tactics across assigned studies
- Collaborate with study teams to deliver compliant recruitment plans before FPFV
- Manage specialist vendors, tracking KPIs, compliance, and contractual delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience in clinical trial recruitment or related clinical operations
- Experience across the clinical drug development lifecycle, including enrollment tracking and recruitment strategy execution
- Hands-on vendor management experience
- Solid understanding of ICH/GCP, EUCTR, and IVDR guidelines
- Technical proficiency with CTMS, TMF systems, AI-supported document tools, and core MS applications
