Clinical Trial Site Leader

Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of clinical trial operations, the fully remote Site Team Leader will oversee clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing site performance, and providing training and mentorship to site staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site onboarding, maintain research readiness, and oversee enrollment strategies to meet trial objectives
• Lead site operations, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory guidelines while addressing quality issues and corrective actions
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to site staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred
• At least seven years of clinical research experience, including roles as a Clinical Research Associate or Clinical Research Coordinator
• Two or more years of line management experience, including managing matrix teams and financial oversight
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
• CCRC or CCRP certification is a plus
