Clinical Trials Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the clinical project team, the full-time Clinical Trials Associate will provide administrative and project tracking assistance, ensuring timely and accurate task completion for assigned projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and track system access for project team members, including Project Managers and CRAs
• Maintain and perform quality audits on project documentation to ensure the latest revisions are available on project portals
• Assist with the preparation, shipment, and quality control of clinical trial documentation, including the Investigator Site File

Required qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience with a minimum of one year in a related role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and the language of the country of location
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise independent judgment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
