Clinical Trials Associate
Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and project tracking support, the full-time Clinical Trials Associate will ensure timely and accurate task completion for assigned projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and track system access for the clinical project team members
- Maintain quality control and versioning of project documentation, submitting to the trial master file
- Generate and distribute meeting minutes for various project-related meetings
Required qualifications
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related role
- Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and FDA or EU directive regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently
