Clinical Trials Associate

Job Summary

Providing administrative and project tracking support, the full-time Clinical Trials Associate will ensure timely and accurate task completion for clinical project teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and track system access for project team members, including Project Managers and CRAs
• Maintain and quality audit project documentation to ensure the latest revisions are accessible on project portals
• Assist with the preparation, shipment, and maintenance of clinical trial documentation and related information

Required qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience with a minimum of one year in a related role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and the language of the country of location
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on quality of work
