Clinical Trials Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on aged accounts receivable and sponsor outreach, the fully remote Clinical Trials Billing Analyst will manage collections, resolve unapplied cash, and support financial reporting for clinical trial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of aged clinical trial accounts receivable, prioritizing overdue invoices and coordinating sponsor follow-up
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash issues, ensuring accurate allocation of sponsor payments and maintaining financial records
• Compile financial metrics and assist with reporting and special projects to improve clinical trial billing processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 additional years of experience may substitute for education
• 3+ years of related experience or 2+ years with a position-related postgraduate degree
• Experience with clinical trial financial management and billing processes
• Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Clinical Trials Management Systems (OnCore) is preferred
