Clinical Trials Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing aged accounts receivable and sponsor outreach, the fully remote Clinical Trials Billing Analyst will coordinate key components of the clinical trial revenue cycle, ensuring timely cash collections and resolving unapplied cash for a designated portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of aged clinical trial accounts receivable, prioritizing overdue invoices and coordinating sponsor follow-up
• Investigate and resolve unapplied or unidentified sponsor payments, ensuring accurate allocation to clinical trial finance
• Compile A/R and cash-application metrics for reporting, identifying trends and recommending process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 additional years of experience may substitute for minimum education
• 3+ years of related experience or 2+ years with a position-related postgraduate degree
