• Manage CTA negotiations and respond to site comments routed through CROs
• Review and support ICFs, focusing on legal risk sections and alignment with global templates
• Support multiple studies simultaneously while managing shifting priorities and tight timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in life sciences or biotech contracts environments
• 3+ years of experience specifically focused on clinical trial agreements (CTAs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong judgment and issue-spotting ability
