Clinical Trials Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trials Contracts Manager to support a leading academic clinical research center in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, negotiate, and process clinical trial agreements and related contracts
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal and business matters related to contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field required; JD preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical trial agreement review and negotiation experience
• Experience negotiating both industry-sponsored and non-industry clinical trials
• Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and institutional policies
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments
