Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager, Clinical Trials (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient journey from qualification to enrollment in clinical trials
• Coordinate internally across various teams and externally with clinical trial sites and sponsors to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and manage enrollment dashboards, track performance metrics, and address underperformance proactively

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across diverse stakeholders and geographies
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment dynamics
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting tools
• Structured project management approach with the capability to handle multiple trials simultaneously
