Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager for Clinical Trials in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient enrollment process from qualification to enrollment in clinical trials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues
• Develop and manage enrollment dashboards, track performance metrics, and report findings to leadership and sponsors

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across various regions
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment challenges
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting tools
• Structured project management skills with the ability to manage multiple trials simultaneously
