Clinical Trials Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager, Clinical Trials (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patient enrollment process from qualification to trial enrollment
• Coordinate internally across clinical operations, technology, and customer success teams, and externally with clinical trial sites and sponsors
• Build and maintain enrollment dashboards, track conversion rates, and report performance to leadership and sponsors

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse environments
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trials and patient enrollment processes
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting
• Structured project management discipline with the ability to handle multiple trials simultaneously
