Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager, Clinical Trials (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patient enrollment process from qualification to trial enrollment
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain enrollment dashboards, track performance metrics, and report to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse environments
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard creation
• Structured project management approach with the ability to handle multiple trials simultaneously
