Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager, Clinical Trials (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the process of moving matched patients through qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and enrollment
• Coordinate internally across clinical operations, technology, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Build and manage enrollment dashboards, track conversion rates, and report performance to leadership and sponsors

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse environments
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard creation
• Structured project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple trials simultaneously
