Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager for Clinical Trials in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patient enrollment process from qualification to enrollment, ensuring matched patients enter trials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain enrollment momentum
• Develop and manage enrollment dashboards, track performance, and report outcomes to leadership and sponsors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across various regions
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trials and patient enrollment processes
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard creation
• Structured project management skills with the ability to handle multiple trials simultaneously
