Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager for Clinical Trials in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and enrollment processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth enrollment operations
• Develop and manage enrollment dashboards, track performance metrics, and report to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders and geographies
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment dynamics
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting tools
• Structured project management skills with the ability to handle multiple trials simultaneously
