Clinical Trials Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support investigative sites in clinical trials, the full-time remote Financial Management Analyst will manage the preparation and oversight of budgets and contracts, develop negotiation strategies, and ensure timely execution of agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate complex grant budgets and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) on behalf of investigative sites
• Maintain regular communication with investigative sites to provide updates on budget and contract statuses
• Generate reports to summarize information and support audits by providing accurate documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in contract and budget management within the clinical research industry
• Minimum one year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials
• Intermediate knowledge of contract principles and procedures
• Strong proficiency in Excel and basic skills in Microsoft 365 applications, Salesforce, and SharePoint
