To support clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Trials Insurance Specialist will verify insurance policy benefits, obtain authorizations for services not covered by the study, and ensure high-quality customer service for patients and team members in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify hospital and professional insurance policy benefits for clinical trial patients and enter information into the system
- Review billing grids to determine authorization needs for upcoming services and request necessary authorizations
- Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and effective communication
Required qualifications:

- 2 years of related experience
- 1+ years of healthcare experience working with insurance/authorizations
