Clinical Trials Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out, the full-time Clinical Trials Manager will ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements while overseeing vendor management, budgeting, and study-related activities in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution and conduct of complex clinical studies, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality metrics are met
• Oversee vendor/CRO selection and management, ensuring compliance with project deliverables and budgets
• Lead study-related activities including protocol preparation, investigator selection, and training material development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 8 years of clinical research experience, with at least 4 years in a leading role managing clinical trials
• 4-7 years of experience in a regulated environment supporting clinical trials
• Experience in managing CROs is preferred
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial SOPs, FDA Regulations, and ICH-GCPs
