Clinical Trials Medicare Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a leading academic clinical research center remotely, the full-time Clinical Trials Medicare Coverage Analyst will conduct Medicare Coverage Analyses, ensure compliance with billing regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical trial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare Coverage Analyses for oncology and non-oncology clinical trial protocols to identify billable procedures and services
- Review clinical trial protocols and schedules to ensure compliance with CMS regulations
- Develop and maintain OnCore calendar builds for clinical trial visits and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Coding, Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of Medicare Coverage Analysis experience in clinical research for an Academic Medical Center or health system
- Experience working on oncology clinical trial protocols
- Strong understanding of CMS guidelines and Medicare billing compliance
- Proficiency in document and data management tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
