Job Summary

Managing end-to-end clinical site payments, the full-time Clinical Trials Payment Coordinator will process invoices, configure payment templates, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process, track, and approve invoices for clinical trial site payments
• Configure payment templates and load vendor/site information into payment systems
• Perform quality checks and reconcile data to resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of clinical trial site payments experience required
• Proficiency in configuring payment templates and using Excel for data manipulation
• Experience with Teams or similar collaboration platforms
• Knowledge of clinical site payments and related regulations
